Biography

Australian vocalist Jessica Di Bartolo has always nurtured a deep passion for music that was discovered at an early age. Some would say she was born to sing! With a love for many musical styles and genres ranging from musical theatre and classical through to pop, folk and jazz, Jessica’s versatility allows her to seize every opportunity to sing, perform and teach.

A Sydney based vocalist with a Bachelor of Music Studies majoring in Classical Voice from Sydney’s Conservatorium of Music, Jessica has actively performed for over 15 years and continues to share her gift of music through performances in choirs, recitals and musicals as well as appearing as a soloist at weddings, funerals and special events.

Musical theatre is one of Jessica’s true loves and she has had the pleasure of starring in a number of musical productions as lead soprano including the lead role of ‘Christine’ in Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Phantom of the Opera, and as ‘Mabel’ and ‘Phyllis’ in Gilbert and Sullivan’s Pirates of Penzance and Iolanthe, respectively.

Currently touring nationally as lead soprano in Joseph Fimmano’s stage production Music of the Night – an international tribute to the music of Andrew Lloyd Webber, Jessica also enjoys teaching private vocal lessons and directing the St Mary’s Concord Sunday mass choir.
